Jiri Bakes began with a simple belief: bread should taste the way nature intended. Started in the hills of Jiri and rooted in Lokanthali, we use only organic flour, local butter, and wild fermentation.

Every item that leaves our kitchen is hand-shaped, slow-proved, and baked with intention. No shortcuts, no artificial flavors — just honest bread and real cake.
